Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.

HOW LEADCEF INJECTION WORKSS

LEADCEF 250mg Injection is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive.

LEADCEF INJECTION RELATED WARNINGS

• Alcohol : Interaction with alcohol is unknown. Please consult your doctor.
• Pregnancy : 1. LEADCEF 250mg Injection is safe to use during pregnancy.

  2. Adequate and well-controlled human studies have shown low or no risk.

• Lactation : LEADCEF 250mg Injection should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
• Driving : LEADCEF 250mg Injection may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
• Kidney : 1. LEADCEF 250mg Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of LEADCEF 250mg Injection is recommended.

  2. However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.

• Liver : LEADCEF 250mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of LEADCEF 250mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
  Dose adjustment of LEADCEF 250mg Injection is not recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.

WHAT IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF LEADCEF INJECTION?

If you miss a dose of LEADCEF 250mg Injection, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
